Email delivery
Messages addressed to EIFHT Mail addresses may be processed by third-party mail infrastructure used to receive and forward email. Mail may therefore pass through systems operated by service providers acting on behalf of EIFHT Mail.
Website information
Basic technical information such as IP address, browser information and request logs may be processed by the infrastructure used to host this website for security and operational purposes.
Advertising and tracking
EIFHT Mail does not use account information for behavioral advertising.
Retention
Operational information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security or comply with applicable legal obligations.
